This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the use of www.ainehome.com and all related services. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. ainehome.com reserves the right to change all terms and conditions of this site at any time.

1. Order Acceptance

Please note that some orders may not be accepted and must be canceled. We assume the risk and responsibility for the shipment of goods. In some cases, these liabilities and risks are transferred to the courier logistics service provider. The risk of loss of goods passes to you when you sign for the goods. If you do not receive any products, please contact us and we will resend the products you ordered after confirming some details.

2. Different Currencies

Pricing Pricing for products sold by ainehome.com is calculated in United States Dollars (US$). Prices shown in other currencies are converted from US dollars based on the latest exchange rate. With the exception of some product pages, currency denominations on the site may not be current. Areas of the Site where denominations in non-U.S. currencies may be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, information on promotional banners, promotional pages, and product category pages. The prices shown on individual product pages, regardless of currency, are the current prices you will pay to ainehome.com, excluding shipping charges.

3. Use of ainehome

3.1 In order to be eligible to use the Services and to accept the Terms, you must be 16 years of age or older, based on the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You will be solely responsible for all access and use of the Site by anyone accessing the Site using the password and identification initially assigned to you, whether or not you are authorized to access and use the Site.

3.2 You acknowledge and agree that ainehome.com may modify any of the Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on the Site. By continuing to use the Services or the Website, you agree that the revised Terms will apply to you.

3.3 These Terms may not be modified in any other way except in writing by an authorized officer of ainehome.com.

3.4 ainehome.com may ship from different warehouses. For multi-item orders, we may, at our sole discretion, split your order into multiple packages based on stock levels.

4. Member Accounts

4.1 Users must register on the Site to access or use certain Services. Unless approved by ainehome.com, a User may only register for one Member account on the Website. If ainehome.com reasonably suspects that a User is registering for or controlling two or more Member Accounts at the same time, ainehome.com may cancel or terminate that User's Member Account. In addition, ainehome.com may refuse a User's application for registration for any reason.

4.2 Upon registration on the Site, hainehome.com will assign each Registered User an account and issue a Member ID and password (the latter of which will be chosen by the Registered User at the time of registration). The account may have a web-based e-mail account with limited storage space for the Member to send or receive e-mails.

4.3 A set of Member IDs and passwords is unique to an Account. Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining your Member ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No Member shall share, transfer or permit the use of your Member account, ID or password with anyone other than the Member's own business entity. Members agree to notify ainehome.com immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account.

4.4 Member agrees that all activities occurring under your account (including but not limited to posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any additional agreements or rules, subscribing to any services or paying any fees, using an email account to send emails or sending text messages) will be deemed to have been authorized by the member.

4.5 Member acknowledges that sharing your account with others, or allowing multiple users outside of your business entity to use your account (collectively, "Multiple Uses"), may cause irreparable harm to ainehome.com or other users of the Site. Members shall indemnify ainehome.com, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of profits) suffered by ainehome.com, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives as a result of the Multiple Use of your account. Member further agrees that ainehome.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the multiple use of your account or Member's failure to maintain the security of your account, and reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

5. Membership . Responsibilities of Members

5.1 Each Member represents, warrants and agrees that it has full power and authority to accept the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

5.2 As part of the registration process for a Member account on the Website, the Member will be required to provide information or materials about your entity. Each Member represents, warrants and agrees that

(a) such information and materials, whether submitted during the registration process or thereafter during your continued use of the Site or the Services, are true, accurate, current and complete, and (b) you will maintain and promptly revise all information and materials to comply with the requirement that they remain true, accurate, current and complete.

5.3 By becoming a Member, you agree to authorize ainehome.com to store and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.4 Each Member represents, warrants and agrees that any User Content they submit, post or display will not infringe or violate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary right of any third party ("Third Party Rights").

5.5 Each Member further represents, warrants and agrees that User Content submitted, posted or displayed by you shall:

(a) be true, accurate, complete and lawful;

(b) Not contain false, misleading or deceptive content;

(c) Not contain information that is defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing, obscene, objectionable, offensive, explicit or harmful to minors;

(d) Not contain information that is discriminatory or promotes discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

(e) Does not contain any links, directly or indirectly, to any other website that contains any content that may violate these Terms.

5.6 Each Member further represents, warrants and agrees that you shall:

(a) Comply with any applicable laws and regulations in carrying out your activities on the Site;

(b) Conduct your activities in accordance with these Terms and any applicable additional agreements;

(d) Not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent yourself or your relationship with any person or entity;

(e) Not to engage in spamming or phishing;

(f) Not engage in any other illegal activity (including, without limitation, activities that constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, etc.) or encourage or abet any illegal activity;

(g) Not attempt to copy, duplicate, exploit or expropriate ainehome.com's various proprietary directories, databases and listings;

(h) Not involve any computer viruses or other destructive devices and code that have the effect of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any software or hardware system, data or personal information;

(i) Not be involved in any scheme to compromise the integrity of, or gain unauthorized access to, data, systems or networks used by ainehome.com and/or any user of the Site;

(j) Not engage in any activity that would create any liability for ainehome.com or our affiliates.

5.7 Members shall not use the Service and Member account information to engage in activities that are the same or similar to ainehome.com's e-commerce business.

5.8 The Member agrees to provide all necessary information, materials and approvals and to provide all reasonable assistance and cooperation necessary for ainehome.com to provide the Service, to assess whether the Member is in breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or to deal with any complaints against the Member. If the Member's failure to do so results in the delay, suspension or termination of the provision of any of the Services, ainehome.com shall not be obliged to extend the term of the relevant Services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such delay, suspension or termination.

5.9 Member acknowledges and agrees that ainehome.com is not required to actively monitor or exercise any editorial control over the content of any message or material or information created, obtained, or accessed through the Services or the Website. ainehome.com does not endorse, validate, or otherwise attest to the content of any comments or other material or information posted by any Member. Each member assumes full responsibility for the content of his or her communications and may be held liable for the content of his or her comments or other materials or information.
