Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations or refunds on any special order merchandise are not allowed. There will not be a refund of your deposit.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AH, we will accept customer returns within 30 days of receiving an item.

AH does not accept returns on bedding product such as mattresses, box springs / foundations / adjustable bases, pillows, and comforter sets for any reason.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture.

AH reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse.
Items that are purchased “As-Is” cannot be returned.

Certain other products may have specific restrictions on returns or replacement. Please see store for complete details.
A pick-up fee, equal to the original delivery fee, will be charged if the merchandise being returned needs to be picked up.
The initial delivery fee is not refundable.

Refunds on purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by a mailed check after 10 business days to post. On items purchased by check and returned, please allow at least 10 business days to allow for check to clear our bank. Refunds by credit card will post to your account within 10 business days. Refunds will be made by check. Prices paid are final at time of purchase.
